Commitment, Excess, Weakness, 2024 Resolutions

 Commitment :

1. Be a nice son by helping parents, saving a money for shopping, and olso study harder.

2. Be a nice student by being nice to teacher, and other student. Olso make school proud by have new achievement and be a representative

3. Be a good family for the organization by helping each other and be a communicative person

Excess :

1. Able to organize an activity well 

2. Work in a structured manner 

3. Have a good skill at communication

Weakness :

1. Always forget about time and health

2. Had a to much ambitions so it make the priority scale chaos

3. Sometimes underestimate something

Resolutions of 2024 :

1. Make mom and dad proud because of my new achievement

2. create a good routine so it can make my health better

3. Make some new target about academics

4. Be a representative of the school, city, province, or country for a national/international programs

     Hello everyone, my name is Mulkan Ahsan. Today i'm gonna talk about my favorite sports is workout at home with a single dumbell. I was 14 yo when i first time i did workout. I get my dumbell from my almarhum brother. Actually i have two dumbells, but each dumbells have a different weight. So i use one of them depend on the situation. For example i use 8kg dumbell when i do shoulder lateral raises. My favorite exercise is hammer curls, whichs is train brachioradialis that located under the bicep.       I have my own schedule, which has been adjusted to another schedule. When i was in junior highschool, my workout schedule is on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. But now my workout schedule is on Monday for upperbody and Thursday for lowerbody. After 3 month, i feel the benefits of doing workout at home. I feel more fitter and more confident. My muscles are growing bigger.       I have idol from this sport. He's Tom Plat...

    Matt Scott                   Matt scott was one of greatest wheelchair basketball player,he was born in detroit michigan at march 27 1985,Scott was born with spina bifida, a birth defect in which a developing baby's spinal cord fails to develop properly. Scott began using a wheelchair from an early age.       He began playing wheelchair basketball with the Sterling Heights Challengers in the NWBA Junior Division.With his achievements he can make his country proud by getting 4 gold medal in his career in paralympic games,Parapan American Games,and Wheelchair Basketball World Championship       From our perspective, we think that Matt Scott is one of the most Amazing and hardworking player out there.
