Mulkan Ahsan

Ridwan kamil, or usually called Kang Emil, is the 20th mayor of Bandung and the 16th governor of West Java. Actually before he became mayor, he was one of the famous architecture. His works such as Al-Irsyad Mosque, Marina Bay Waterfront Master Plan, 99 Domes Mosque, Al-Jabbar Mosque, and the others. He previously studied at SMAN 3 Bandung, then continued his studies at the Bandung Institute of Technology and the University of California, Berkeley. And now, he has successfully led Bandung and West Java. 

   Sutan Sjahrir, one of national heroes that not everyone know about him. He's one of Indonesian delegation during an agreement with Netherlands, or he's the first prime minister of Indonesia in 14 November 1945 until 3 July  1947. He was born in Padang on the 5 March 1909.     Padang, everyone must be familiar for this name, or when they shown a photo of Rumah Gadang, they will be know with that traditional house. But, are they know more about Padang? So, Padang is the capital city of West Sumatera province that stand on 7 August 1669. Padang is also known as "kota tercinta", because of beuty of the nature, like Pantai Nirwana, Air Terjun Lubuk Hitam, and the others. But the most famous about this city besides the traditional house is the culinary. Everyone must be know about rendang, sate padang, ayam pop, or the others right?  Waffles ( Belgium)  What are waffles?  Waffles are leavened batter or dough cooked between two hot plates of a waffle iron, patterned to give a characteristic size, shape, and grid-like surface impression. What are the ingredients?  - 2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 teaspoon salt - 4 teaspoons baking powder - 2 tablespoons white sugar - 2 eggs - 1 ½ cups warm milk - ⅓ cup butter, melted - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract How do you make it? Step 1: Gather all ingredients Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature. Step 3: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter and vanilla Step 4: Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended. Step 5: Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Step 6: Cook the waffles until golden and crisp.  Step 7: Serve immediately and enjoy! And there you go!     Matt Scott                   Matt scott was one of greatest wheelchair basketball player,he was born in detroit michigan at march 27 1985,Scott was born with spina bifida, a birth defect in which a developing baby's spinal cord fails to develop properly. Scott began using a wheelchair from an early age.       He began playing wheelchair basketball with the Sterling Heights Challengers in the NWBA Junior Division.With his achievements he can make his country proud by getting 4 gold medal in his career in paralympic games,Parapan American Games,and Wheelchair Basketball World Championship       From our perspective, we think that Matt Scott is one of the most Amazing and hardworking player out there.      Hello everyone, my name is Mulkan Ahsan. Today i'm gonna talk about my favorite sports is workout at home with a single dumbell. I was 14 yo when i first time i did workout. I get my dumbell from my almarhum brother. Actually i have two dumbells, but each dumbells have a different weight. So i use one of them depend on the situation. For example i use 8kg dumbell when i do shoulder lateral raises. My favorite exercise is hammer curls, whichs is train brachioradialis that located under the bicep.       I have my own schedule, which has been adjusted to another schedule. When i was in junior highschool, my workout schedule is on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. But now my workout schedule is on Monday for upperbody and Thursday for lowerbody.
