My Sports



     Hello everyone, my name is Mulkan Ahsan. Today i'm gonna talk about my favorite sports is workout at home with a single dumbell. I was 14 yo when i first time i did workout. I get my dumbell from my almarhum brother. Actually i have two dumbells, but each dumbells have a different weight. So i use one of them depend on the situation. For example i use 8kg dumbell when i do shoulder lateral raises. My favorite exercise is hammer curls, whichs is train brachioradialis that located under the bicep. 

     I have my own schedule, which has been adjusted to another schedule. When i was in junior highschool, my workout schedule is on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. But now my workout schedule is on Monday for upperbody and Thursday for lowerbody.

After 3 month, i feel the benefits of doing workout at home. I feel more fitter and more confident. My muscles are growing bigger. 

     I have idol from this sport. He's Tom Platz. He's a professional bodybuilder. But there is a differences between me and Tom Platz. The difference is that i did my workout at home, while tom Platz is at the gym I have watched him do a leg day. The famous about him is leg exercise. He train his leg so hard until the leg muscles form. 

     After 3 month, i feel the benefits of doing workout at home. I feel more fitter and more confident. My muscles are growing bigger. For now my purpose is to make my body fit, so i will try to be consistent.
